Reports

Report Manager is a powerful tool for creating, customizing, and analyzing reports based on real-time and historical data streams.

Reports allows users to add charts, tables, key metrics, AI-driven insights, and comparisons to generate detailed performance reports. With features like custom date ranges, scheduling, and PDF export, it provides a streamlined way to visualize and interpret data, making it ideal for monitoring resource usage, detecting anomalies, and optimizing operations.

This Section will guide you through the following:

Reports

To access Reports, Select Reports from the top left of the page.

  1. Add Report Create a new Report using the "Add Report" button. This will display a dialogue box that users can follow through in creating the new report.

  2. Reports List Table Users will see the Reports made in a table. The table will show its' Name, Created, Modified and Copy, Edit and Delete buttons.

Schedules

Schedules can be created to allow users to automate report distribution.

  1. Add Schedules Create a new Schedule using the "Add Schedule" button. This will display a Schedule Configuration popup that users can follow through in creating the new schedule.

  2. Schedules List Table Users will see the Schedules made in a table. The table will show its' Enabled, Name, Created, Modified and Logs, Copy, Edit and Delete buttons.

  1. Schedule Configuration

    1. Enabled Toggle: Activates or deactivates the scheduled report. When enabled, the report will be sent based on the configured schedule.

    2. Name: The title of the scheduled report (e.g., "Water Report"), allowing users to identify different scheduled reports.

    3. Timezone: Specifies the time zone in which the report scheduling will operate (e.g., "Australia/Brisbane").

    4. Repeat: Defines how often the report will be sent (e.g., Weekly, Daily, Monthly).

    5. Day of Week: If the report is scheduled weekly, this field determines the specific day it will be sent (e.g., Monday).

    6. Time: Sets the exact time at which the report will be generated and sent (e.g., 08:00:00).

    7. Recipients: Lists the email addresses of users who will receive the scheduled report (e.g., admin@bitpool.com). Multiple recipients can be added.

    8. Reports: Shows the selected report(s) that will be sent according to the schedule (e.g., "New report 2025-01-10 09:11:54").

Templates

Templates are used to generate consistent reports for data analysis and insights. It serves as a blueprint for creating reports with predefined layouts, widgets, and data sources.

  1. Add Template Create a new Template using the "Add Template" button. This will take users to a Template Builder interface where users will create their new Templates.

  2. Template List Table Users will see the Templates made in a table. The table will show its' Public Setting, Name, Created, Modified and Copy, Edit and Delete buttons.
