This Section will guide you through the following:

Introduction to the Flow Workspace

  1. Add Flow Create a new Flow for specific data configurations to be used as Virtual Streams or for gaining alarming and artificial intelligence insights.

  2. Show Insights Only Checkbox Users can check this box to order the Flow list to show Flows that contain CSV and/or AI Insights at the top of the list.

  1. Save/Export/Import Buttons

    1. Save: Saves changes to the current flow.

    2. Export: Exports a flow configuration as a JSON file for backup or sharing.

    3. Import: Allows users to upload and integrate a previously saved JSON Flow file.

  2. View in Fullscreen Mode Expands the interface to full screen, providing an uncluttered workspace for detailed flow editing.

  3. Flow Name The unique identifier or title of a data flow.

  4. Workspace Viewing Tools Tools for navigating and managing the flow workspace, such as home view, zoom out, zoom to fit, zoom in, ensuring ease of interaction with complex workflows.

  5. Flow Tools A collection of drag-and-drop nodes for building and customizing workflows, categorized into:

    1. Stream Types: Various data stream nodes, such as Virtual Stream, Power to Energy, Accumulation to Interval.

    2. Math: Nodes for performing calculations and mathematical transformations on data streams (e.g., Add, Subtract, Multiply, Divide).

    3. Data: Various data nodes for data manipulation, such as filtering and sorting with the use of tags. These tools include Stream, Value, Model Generator, Tag Node, Pool.

    4. Insights: Nodes designed to derive meaningful insights, including Out of Limits, Data Anomaly, Data Quality, AI Insights, CSV Export, Tag Value used to manage artificial intelligence analytics, trend detection, alarming, data and visual representation of critical metrics.
