Temperature

Showcase daily temperature ranges from a specific sensor relative to its set-point.

Examples include:

  • Building outdoor vs indoor temperature

  • Localized temperature monitoring for energy efficiency monitoring

Examples below show the Temperature Widget Configuration entry fields and resultant effect on the widget displayed.

  1. Set Point A set temperature value displayed on the widget to compare against the actual temperature.

Humidity

Showcase variance of humidity between inside and outside of a building.

Examples include:

  • Building outdoor vs indoor humidity

  • Localized humidity monitoring for energy efficiency monitoring

Examples below show the Humidity Widget Configuration entry fields and resultant effect on the widget displayed.

Period Compare

"Period Compare" widget enables the current value and time range to be compared against the previous.

Examples include:

  • System resources comparison

  • Cost comparison

  • Sustainability tracking

Examples below show the Period Compare Widget Configuration entry fields and resultant effect on the widget displayed.

  1. Widget Type Defines the visual representation of the comparison, such as bar charts, directional arrows, or icons.

  2. Select Display Icon Allows users to choose an icon to represent data visually, such as electricity, water, temperature.

  3. Show Timestamp Enables/disables the display of timestamps for the data being compared.

  4. Show 'Last Period' Value Toggles the visibility of the value from the previous period for easier comparison.

  5. Select the Negative State Select whether an increase or decrease in value is considered a negative outcome.

  6. Select Data Conditions Mode Determines whether data conditions are evaluated based on percentage change or absolute current values.

  7. Data Conditions Rules or criteria applied to data points (e.g., thresholds) that trigger specific color changing response.

    1. Name: The label for the condition.

    2. Rule: The logic applied (e.g., greater than, less than).

    3. Value: The threshold value for the condition.

    4. Color: The visual highlight (color) applied when the condition is met. Colors can be selected through the color selector, HEX code or RGB code.

Solar Generated

Showcase solar energy generated today and relative power to operate a standard 250W computer.

Examples include:

  • Solar panel system performance monitoring

  • Energy savings comparison

  • Environmental impact tracking

Examples below show the Solar Generated Widget Configuration entry fields and resultant effect on the widget displayed.

Power Used/Generated

Compare energy consumed by a building to the amount generated by solar or other means.

Examples include:

  • System efficiency monitoring

  • Energy savings comparison

  • Environmental impact tracking

Examples below show the Power Used/Generated Widget Configuration entry fields and resultant effect on the widget displayed.

  1. Text Customizable text used to label or describe the data stream being displayed, such as "Energy from the Grid" or "Powered by Solar."
