CSV Importer

The process of importing data in the form of a CSV file is outlined in the sections below.

Importing a CSV file is broken into two parts.

First, you will have to check that the CSV file is set up correctly and gather information on how the data is formatted.

Second, use the CSV Importer in the Connections tab in the Bitpool Cloud Navigation Bar.

Preparing the CSV file

Check the CSV file Format

Check that the CSV file is saved in CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) format.

Open the CSV file using Notepad to view the time and date format of the data set (this information will be important when using the CSV Importer in Bitpool Cloud). Notepad is used to check the raw CSV contents as Excel might reformat the date/time column.
