Importing a CSV file is broken into two parts.
First, you will have to check that the CSV file is set up correctly and gather information on how the data is formatted.
Second, use the CSV Importer in the Connections tab in the Bitpool Cloud Navigation Bar.
Check that the CSV file is saved in CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) format.
Open the CSV file using Notepad to view the time and date format of the data set (this information will be important when using the CSV Importer in Bitpool Cloud). Notepad is used to check the raw CSV contents as Excel might reformat the date/time column.
Select an Existing Pool by using the drop-down menu box or Create a New Pool in the Organisation by enabling the slider. Remove the text in the Station Name field.
If you desire to have the data imported into an existing pool, select the pool name from the Drop Down Menu.
Select and fill in the options that matches the format of your CSV file. Details for each item explained in sections below.
