  1. Alarm Rule The condition or logic that triggers the alarm (e.g., greater than, less than).

  2. Alarm Value The threshold value that, when reached or exceeded, activates the alarm.

  3. Alarm Check Interval (Minutes) The frequency, in minutes, at which the system checks if the alarm conditions are met.

  4. Aggregating Combines data from multiple sources or over a period to evaluate the alarm condition.

  5. In Alarm Time The duration for which the alarm condition has been active.

  6. Last Time Normal The most recent timestamp when the monitored condition returned to normal.

Reporting

Generate a monthly report to support NABERS or tenant billing.

  • Resource cost tracking

  • Operational consumption breakdown

  1. Report Name The condition or logic that triggers the alarm (e.g., greater than, less than).

  2. Round to Nearest Integer Toggle A setting that rounds numerical values in the report to the nearest whole number.

  3. Groups Categories or clusters of data streams organized for better analysis and reporting.

  4. Stream Skip in Total Toggle Allows specific data streams to be excluded from the total calculation in the report.

  5. Stream Is Accumulating Toggle Indicates whether a data stream represents cumulative values over time (e.g., running total energy).

  6. Reporting Toolbox Interactive tools for managing the report (e.g., zoom, fit height. fit width, download, print).

File Attachment

Add, share and store files on a dashboard.

  • Attaching relevant supporting documents and links for further information and context

  1. File URL Allows users to attach a file by uploading it directly to the widget. When the widget is clicked, the file attached will open in a new tab on the user's browser.

  2. Enable Background Color Adds a customizable background color to the widget for improved visual emphasis or design consistency. Colors can be selected through the color selector, HEX code or RGB code.
